Privacy

• No account, ever. You can play every part of this game without telling us who you are.
• Saves live in your browser. Lives, history, codex entries, and playtest timings are stored locally on your device. Clearing your browser data deletes them; we never see them.
• No third-party trackers, no ads. Product analytics are first-party, cookieless and anonymous — your browser talks only to this site, which forwards counts to PostHog in the EU. They count runs, not people: no profile is built and nothing identifies you.
• The newsletter is opt-in, and for adults. If you type your email into the signup box, we add it to the Wealthy Parrot newsletter — that is run on Ghost, hosted in the EU by Magic Pages — tagged so we know it came from the game. We use it to send the newsletter and nothing else. Every issue has an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to delete your address entirely.
• Where the game runs. The site is hosted on Render in Frankfurt. Your decisions never reach it: the whole simulation runs in your browser, so the server sees page requests, not lives.
• Classrooms: with classroom mode on, signup forms, sharing, and analytics are removed entirely.
• Share links contain only the game seed — the random world you played — never anything about you.
